We cook traditonal BBQ with a hickory and apple wood fire. We are a full service barbecue resturant and seafood bar. We also specialize in catering events large and small. From pulled pork to brisket, ribs, smoked turkey, pit beef and smoked salmon...we've got something to please every taste. Don't forget our homemade sides that compliment our barbecue. And for the sweet tooth we have a variety of homemade cookies and muffins.

The best ribs this side of Kansas City!!! The pit beef, pit ham, and brisket are also amazing. It is easily the best unknown place around.
I've honestly never been disappointed by this place. the ribs are INSANE and the staff is always friendly! I also love that they carry Great Shoals Wines

We just have had our first sandwiches from Shore BBQ and my lands it was just the way I love it!! We had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and I am very picky on how I like my Pork BBQ and nobody but my husband could make it to suit me except now!!! Once word gets out more about your food the other BBQ places need to CLOSE UP!! I will be back to try every thing and if it is as good as my sandwich today then my hubby gets a break from cooking!!!
