Went today and the salesman Lee was absolutely amazing helped me find a car that was save and secure for not only myself but also for my family. I couldn’t have asked for someone some better today I drove away with a 2014 ford escape titanium. And the car has been the best and I’ve only had it for a few hours.. if your in the look or market for a new car shore auto in Georgetown Delaware is the place to go.

We are NOT happy. 1 day after getting the car, the check engine light comes on and goes off whenever it wants for almost 10 days straight. 2 weeks after we got our dodge journey from here it had a manifold leak. Clearly that was the check engine issue. At this time we barely drove the car anywhere. They replaced it. However 3 weeks later after we already went past the 1,000 mile warranty they provide. Purchased from them before, but this time around was better! Only complaint I had was the vehicle was just about on E so even after putting money down, we had to go get gas right afterwards. The salesman was very friendly and patient (because it was cold out lol)!
