Lisa is genuine and very smart.
Signed a contract. Was supposed to maintain home and manage Tennant. Completely dropped the ball. Claimed Tennant was too angry to manage. Never inspected home. Tennant stopped paying rent. She couldn’t collect payment even after reassuring me she could. I eventually informed her that my Tennant needs to be evicted and that’s when she persuaded me not too evict then cancelled out our contract.
