RecommendedHad my eye surgery yesterday. To say I was petrified would be an understatement. From the moment I was greeted at the door till the very moment I left I felt at ease. Every single person who worked on me was knowledgeable, polite, always smiling and always comforting. A HUGE thank you for making my experience one that I will remember (in a good way). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS here!!! Today was my second knee surgery there. The staff is caring, very compassionate, very professional yet personable and very proficient. They have their process down to a science and everything runs smoothly and on-time. I hope I don't need a 3rd surgery but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to go there! Shout out to Tom, Stephanie, Lori, Patti, Cathy, Johanna & of course Dr. Barrett. Stay safe & God Bless ! Thanks for everything !!!
very caring and helpful explaining what to expect
I had a surgery here yesterday and all of the people here were so caring and amazing from the front desk to recovery. Some of the names I remember are Sharon, Tom and Helen along with Joe my anesthesiologist. I wish I could remember all of the names, I was nervous and they really made my experience as stress free as possible. Thank you all so very much!
Cataract surgery with wonderful care! Everyone professional but very personal. Go again next week for 2nd eye.
sitting in waiting room and the doctor comes and speaks to a family and I know the whole history and surgery. does not follow hippa at all!!!!
Total hip replacement TODAY - in and out in about 7 hours. Amazing. Kind and patient staff, nurses, aides. Wonderful Dr. Zibinski, surgeon and Dr. Joe, anesthesiologist, and Nurse Anesthetist. The recovery and heeling is off to a good start. I am amazed.
They have a new policy making your driver stay or sign out and be back before you are scheduled to be out of surgery. From experience I know that there is a good chance that he could not even go in on time and usually aren’t ready until an hour after they get out of surgery. Why not just leave and come back after you get that call from the Dr after surgery? So because of 2 bad apples we all have to suffer! Apparently someone was never picked up and another waited for hours in recovery.
