The only issue I've had since living here is maintenance they're never consistent and it's hard to explain to maintenance what's wrong when I can't even talk to them because there's a language barrier
Front office staff are the only decent thing about this place. The equity management company and the property itself are extremely disappointing. I loved this place for the first 4 or so months, I had nothing bad to say. I even referred a couple friends to live here, and now I feel embarrassed doing that to them because they both went through similar experiences to my own and one person even had to break his lease and move out after only a month because of the roach infestation.
