Love this place! Friendly staff, great property and location :)
Roaches are way out of hand. This used to be a decent place to stay however with all the changes in management, this place has gone downhill fast. Maintenance barely fixes anything, mold everywhere inside the unit and I’m not the only one dealing with mold by the way. Cats everywhere and they messed up my wiring in my car cause they keep coming underneath every night. Roaches so bad, I don’t even have anyone over to visit. The pest control guy comes and sprays one area and leaves. Horrible
What is the deal with the office phones always being off? How are we supposed to report issues or get ahold of management if we have an issue? Ive called numerous times and it goes straight to voicemail or its redirected to the maintenance department.
Has terrible cat problem's & office doesn't wanna do anything about it & people just keep feeding them thinking that's helping PSA:FEED THE CATS INSIDE YOUR HOME OR NOT AT ALL City of Seabrook will be n contact Update: Y’all have sent out this email months ago to residents & therefore nothing has changed it is bowls of cat food & water on porches for strays I’ve sent documents to management of the people doing it so are yall really trying to fix the problem ?
