My experience at Shor on clear lake has been unmatched. The office staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. The amenities are very well maintained. Lounging at the pool, working out in the gym, or even walking my dog are all enjoyable because of the meticulous upkeep by the maintenance team and staff. I would not want to live anywhere else. If you want to experience a staff that truly cares and gets the job done right, this is the place for you!

I toured this apartment complex and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very informative. Daniel took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the leasing process. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a really nice atmosphere. The area is great, but find another complex! The Management changes constantly and when it does, the office will be open Saturdays like website says...but after a month or so there is no one around on Saturday. And forget calling the Corporate office, because they never answer! If you want any kind of customer service, it's not here. The pool is closed more than open, and they say due to parts, whatever. Work orders mean they will slap on some paint or duct tape! You can do so much better for the price of it all.
