I just went from a Windowas Vista to a Windows 10 and encountered a printing problem. The "print " selection sends me to a shopsite area asking me to convert to PDF. PLEASE HELP

Sensay, sorry to hear that your Windows upgrade is causing printing problems. Can you print from other programs with no problem? Note that it is the browser, not ShopSite that is doing the printing. What browser are you using (e.g Edge or IE, etc.) We'll research how you change the printing setting of the browser and let you know what we find.
