This company put flooring in our entire house - 2500 square feet. A significant job for a significant amount of money. But the crew didn’t prep the concrete floor properly in one section, and now the padding has worn thin and the carpet will soon follow. I’ve called twice about getting it corrected and repaired like it should have been in the first place. I’ve spoken with the same customer service rep twice. Met Carlos at the home show and did an in home consultation with Chris. Chris walked me through a bunch of different samples and found me exactly what I was looking for and at a price I was comfortable with. I was under a pretty tight deadline and Chris assured me we would be done on time and at budget and we 100% were. Jose and Victor came out and did absolutely top notch work. Those guys have a lot of pride in their work and it showed. I absolutely couldn't be happier with the work they did.
Had them come in a replace my flooring and they did it quick and easy but made sure it was done the right way. I loved the outcome and the way my floors look now! Great company, they know what they’re doing!
