Yet another Complaint: The only way I can “fight back” is on this platform [Google Reviews]; so please bear with me. I bought a power wheelchair in January, 2025 ... after 2 months an arm rest split, and after 7 months the stitching in the seat gave out. “I have used Shop Rider scooters for the last 20 or so years ... and they have been reliable. But in the last 5 years or so, their products have been poorly built and unreliable. I have used a model P424M power wheelchair for the last 3 or so years. In the first year I had to get my roll of duct tape out and use it to keep the rubber/vinyl arms from falling apart.
