I used there service to buy a condo in Palo Alto and saved ~2% of my home cost. The portal is good. Definitely recommend for second time home buyers or anyone willing to spend a bit of time doing their own homework like finding a mortgage lender etc.
I worked with Shoprop to purchase a property and had a better experience compared to other real estate agents. They avoided pressure tactics, provided accurate property valuations, and offered a rebate. However, I’m giving four stars instead of five because their operations team occasionally lost my counteroffers and was sometimes hard to reach for time-sensitive matters, possibly due to their workload.
