BAD EXPERIENCE with MAROON - FRONT STORE SUPERVISOR who was uneducated on processing an insta cart order pickup. In spite of showing the confirmation of receipt on the app and email he insisted to provide a bar code and order confirmation. I tried explaining that’s for direct order from shoppers website but not through Instacart. He refused to handover the baby formula after showing all the proof.
