In 2024, the security personnel employed by Shoppers Drug Mart have been observed targeting individuals from the First Nation and People of Color communities. They have been reported to automatically track and follow these customers throughout the store under the assumption that they are going to steal. Shameful.
Peter and the rest of the Pharmacy team are extremely efficient and experienced. They always communicate with you ahead of time for issues and get them resolves in a timely manner. Other Shoppers -- take an example out of these guys and learn from them! This is the best experience I've ever had with any of your pharmacies in Toronto!
( AWFUL !!) i stopped by this location to buy laundry detergent and noticed it the sign underneath had a good price ($4.75 on clearance)when i get to the counter the lady says its $9.89 . I kindly said that was not the advertised price to double check, she went to check and said” oh someone must of change the price” i asked to call her manager and he argued the same… i told them they have to respect the price advertised, they refused , so i said i would write a review. I will not shop at shoppers again.
