NEGLIGENT PHARMACY. My child had a prescription for oral steriod (not the first time). When I went to pick it up the label had her name on it but it was labeled "ear infection". when I confirmed the pharmacist said it was just mislabeled. I asked for it to be redone and relabelled to which she refused stating they were closing and she didn't have time and the the prescription was correct.
