Why are you closed on an opening hour?
Very disappointed. My husband collected balloons for my grandsons birthday at the scheduled time of 2pm. On seeing them, I was immediately concerned that they appeared under-inflated. By 10pm the were collapsing to the floor. Have bought them previously and they have always lasted well into the next morning. Standards must be maintained if you wish to maintain customers.
