Wonderful service! The employees I interacted with were amazing, especially Paige, she was kind, personable, and knowledgeable with any questions I had. She also helped me a couple times when I stopped in for adjusting and she was always amazing each time! Hats off to Paige for the incredible service!
My daughter and I both had appointments today and I will say we will never switch from you guys. Yall listened to me but also did not get frustrated with my daughter. The atmosphere was fun and listening to the girls laugh and enjoy their job was nice to see as it’s hard to come by these days. The associate that helped us, Sabrina had patients of a saint and u could tell the team loves her. One team member kept singing to her and it was just funny. Keep it up shopko optical!

I’m truly appalled. I normally don’t say much but I thought about it all night so I have to. I was in with my mother yesterday/Tuesday and what took place in front of us broke our hearts. A very happy, friendly, worker at the desk in the corner, I won’t name her name (she did have a name tag) was helping us and doing a wonderful job when who seems to be the manager(didn’t have a name tag on) comes over and rudley steps in the middle of our conversation and says “hi, I’m the manager, is this a manager question?” And then proc... read more
