The opticians are great (especially Nancy and Sterling)! They will go out of their way to check all the options possible so that you can get the best price possible. They provide great patient care and service. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dewey for a long time. He’s always been very patient and thorough in the care he provided. Unfortunately, since Dr. Dewey has retired, we had to see the new doctor and he is quite rude. His bedside manner felt unwelcoming and he had quite a rude tone with us. Sidney was amazing to work with helpful and just an overall enjoyable person to be around. Dr. Mckell on the other hand was not as friendly or welcoming. After declining to have my eyes dilated he repeatedly brought it up as if to gas light or guilt trip me. I could not get out of that exam fast enough. I will not be returning of he's the dr im required to see. Everyone else in the store was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Nancy is AMAZING!! I have been there few times to get my glasses but this last time she was so patient and helpful with all my needs to fill my budget. Even when I was the last customer and she needed to be ready to close.
Don’t come here since they only care about taking your money and not customer service. My mom went to do her exam and they didn’t want to see her and ended up changing her appointment to another time and when it was her appointment the were rude. Also the glasses and what they offer is not cheap. Go to Costco you would save money and time.
