Guy at the front was very rude he kept talking over my husband saying he heard my husband ask for progressive lenses which he did but we also wanted transitional included.he was arguing with us about .very unprofessional.i hope he gets customerservice training soon..

I have had my glasses made at Shopko optical for several years now and would never want to go anywhere else. The West Jordan employees are friendly, knowledgeable & mechanically adept at adjusting glasses to actually fit! My 3 y.o. granddaughter just got glasses & they didn't fit at all - she had to wear a headband to keep them on. I recommended to my daughter to take her to Shopko Optical (even tho the glasses were purchased elsewhere) and they were adjusted perfectly! It is crazy that you can drop 200-300 dollars worth of glasses and lenses and they don’t provide a cleaning cloth. 🫤 That is the only reason I give them 2 stars less.
