Came in for my eye exam and Amber was awesome. She was very welcoming from the time I walked in. During the exam she was very professional and I liked the way she explained the processes.
Staff are kind, helpful, and efficient.
Beekah is a great customer service agent and she makes us feel comfortable with her every time we are there! I LOVE shoplifting optical and can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Edit as of 7/25: I had a recent appointment at Shopko optical and was once again blown away by their phenomenal customer service. Amber did a great job of finding me the best deal on glasses and sunglasses. She was also super patient as I shopped for my frames (I’m indecisive). Becka was very helpful in getting my glasses adjusted to fit my face! The staff at Shopko Optical are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. I look forward to my appointments!
They were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I would highly recommend going here for your eye appointment.
