Very poor service. Communication very poor. Just an overall very poor experience. Wry sad that today our service is so poor compared to years ago. Just do better.

Amazing customer service, I came to Shopko optical after a bad experience somewhere else and the ladies here took wonderful care of me , got me glasses and contacts all ordered. I will be switching here for my annual exams from now on thank you !!
