I can't say enough about the staff at 3rd Street Optical!! Dr. Hess has not only been my eye doctor since 1986, but also my son's doctor until he moved East!! Expert service; friendly, know us by name; Professional with a family touch!! Have never been disappointed since 1986!!
My wife and I have been examined by Dr Jackson and assisted by a lady named Betsy. Our first exam was comprehensive , through and conducted in a pleasant manner. However, our last visit this past week was a different story !!!! On this visit , Dr Jackson was snarkey, unpleasant and totally unprofessional. The receptionist Betsy, was rude , surly and just plain short with my wife. Had it not been for a lady named Shawna , the visit would have been a total disaster. Rest assured !!!!
