The eye doctors are great but God forbid you misplace your prescription because they make you come back in to pick it up instead of just having it emailed or read over the phone. It’s the 21st century... lol
Website says they close at 9.. But they really close at 8pm.. Thanks for the waste of a trip.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. The place is new and very nice, and they had better prices on my contacts than I could get online. I could also schedule my appointment online. I was very surprised as I initially didn't expect alot from Shopko. I was really proven wrong here!
Probably the best and only reason to go to shopko in sussex.
Called for an appointment and told the shopko optical employee I need an appointment for contacts and asked if my insurance covers the exam. Shopko optical clerk said yes we do. 9/15/2917 had a rushed and sloppy pre exam. Dr was ok . But received a charge and the clerk stated they do not take my insurance. If I would have known this I would have never made the appt. Also the optical clerk needs to clean his stinky feet. I will call manager about this shenanigans. And where is o stars.
