They are constantly understaffed. They put people who arrived first aside and then serve others who arrived later.
Everyone there truly lacks communication skills. Im a first timer with glasses and the original appointment I paid extra for a more advance test. Ive never heard any results from that. I called multiple times about my new glasses falling apart and it took them forever to contact me back. The quality of my glasses overall just suck. I know I didnt go all out on them but they shouldn't be so horrible after a few weeks.
