I purchased my RayBan sunglasses from another store ages ago. When I had to replace my lenses I didn't know where to go. Until I met Carlos and the team at the Stevens Point, WI Division St location! They are amazing. One pair in particular was very difficult to replace and Carols came through! I'm not the only one that thinks so. I have friends that have had great service there too! Carlos runs a great store. It's locations like this that make for a wonderful community.

If I could leave a zero I would. Was in for new glasses fitting which were $600, the new girl hired in October took 45 mins and then broke them. No apology and I don’t think she was even going to tell me. Carlos the manager watched her and answered questions several times and never assisted or came to inform me of situation. Will never be back
