Raena or Deana I forgot her name. I should have made this review Monday was a sweetheart. She’s very knowledgeable and patient and I appreciated sitting with her talking about glasses and eye patches. I enjoyed every moment conversing with her.

The last time I was in Chapko was 2 1/2 years ago for an eye exam and it was a bad experience but because I have been going there for over 20 years, I decided to to go back to them today, I went and picked up my glasses that were in the one frame was not even the frame that I had ordered and the one pair which were supposed to be my new readers. I could still read better with my old ones then I could with my new ones after a conversation with the lady I had decided to return the glasses and get my money refunded and my insur... read more
Katherine at Shopko Optical, Crossroads, is amazing! I left my glasses on the trunk of our car. After my wife drove away, I realized my glasses were gone. Not only did my glasses fall onto the road, but they were driven over. Our neighbor found the crushed frames and unbroken lenses. Katherine straightened the frames like new and inserted the lenses. My glasses are like new. Thank you so much Katherine. Shopko Optical you have a superb employee.
