Excellent place to go to get glasses. I had Julia that helped me pick out glasses and helped me with everything I needed. Julia is very informative and very sweet. Thank you Julia for everything 10 stars to you.
We worked with Julia and Katherine, they were amazing and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend them for glasses.
Raena at Shopko by the mall, is a miracle worker! Walked in ready to throw my glasses against the wall after getting new rx. Had multiple friends offering opinions via text on frames, Raena patiently waited, offered insight, then in the end presented the exact frame that everyone agreed on. Outstanding! First time patients of Shopko Optical and we couldn't be more pleased! Exceptional service from Dr. Lorenz, Javen & Clarisse. Dr. Lorenz provided a very thorough exam for both myself & my husband. He took the time to answer all our questions & was very pleasant to visit with. Javen helped offer options for new frames & was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Clarisse was very knowledgeable with insurance & frame fit as well as friendly. Exceptional customer service from both. Overall an excellent experience!
