Julia is amazing; she's a customer experience expert!! She helped us out with glasses and sunglasses! She's friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! What a great experience!
Julia and Michael were very friendly and helpful, and Julia did a wonderful job fixing and adjusting my glasses and ALSO fixing my old "emergency" pair. She's definitely earned my Hero of the Day award!
Shopko Optical is an excellent choice when caring for your eyes. Dr Lorenz takes the time and answers all your questions during your appointment. Javen is the best assistant. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to complete our visit to our satisfaction. She is super friendly and kind and made our visit a pleasant experience.
Very rude and uncooporative, will not recommend this place.
