Shopko Optical is an excellent choice when caring for your eyes. Dr Lorenz takes the time and answers all your questions during your appointment. Javen is the best assistant. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to complete our visit to our satisfaction. She is super friendly and kind and made our visit a pleasant experience.
Very rude and uncooporative, will not recommend this place.
Stay away from this place. Ordered glasses. Waited 2 weeks, when received got an instant headache when I put them on. They checked the lenses, and said the prism was "way off." Waited another week plus as they said they would expedite them, got a message today that they were in. Drove 30 miles into town AGAIN just to be told they were not in. Obviously I am not the only one who has issues here. I have been in the store 3 times now, and every time the store manager is apologizing profusely on the phone to a customer. Never ag... read more
