Just wanted to share the wonderful experience that we had at the St Cloud Shopko Optical. Julia was the one that helped us and she was wonderful. Answered all of our questions and even though the store was VERY busy spent the time with us as if we were her only patient. Very helpful, patient, caring and professional. We will be back!!! I’ve spent 30 minutes here just waiting in the lobby without any acknowledgment. I booked an appointment that told me to get here 15 minutes early when they called to confirm before my appt. This sucks.
Dr. Lorenz was very helpful with giving me all my options for contact lenses. I like that he said I could try several different options to find the right ones for me. Kellie was extremely helpful with picking out glasses, she helped me decide which ones look best on me and which ones fit best.
