Went into shopko optical to see if I could get prescribes in my frames...he suggested another place ..i said wheres that at...he said aren't you from here?? I said yeah..he said we'll why dont u know where its at...he was a jerk and I dont recommend this place to anyone

The staff is pleasant and helpful, however their glasses are terrible. I have two boys, 14 and 16. Have worn glasses since they were 5. Have never had an issue with broken glasses/frames. Both of their glasses have broken within two months of receiving them. The arm piece broke on both pair. Not the same brand or frame type, but both broke in the same spot. Shopko has no warranty on glasses. You have to pair extra for that. We won’t be back. Again, staff is great. It’s to bad their product is not.
Great experience! Dr. Ulland was friendly and informative. Marla was awesome with helping me pick out frames. Highly recommend.
