Today I went to pick up my new Max Mara glasses from Shopko Optical. As soon as I put them on my face I knew they weren't leaving the store with me. The right lense was warped, and looking through it was like looking through a funhouse mirror. The frames had no curve to them, like the model I tried on in the optical shop two weeks prior. Rocky adjusted my glasses. Excellent job.
I stopped by to see if they could help me with fixing my glasses. Holly helped put a new screw in and cleaned my glasses for me. She was so kind and lovely! Definitely recommend for good customer service! I stopped by again recently to see if they would be able to help me with my dental loupes. Rocky was very kind and helped replace the arm on them for me! I know it was tricky for him and the other lady that had to help him try to get the new arm on them. Very appreciative of their help!
