Good appointment and fast which was nice.
The lady at the front desk is incompetent I gave here my insurance card she runs it and says your good to go then I do my exam go to pay my co pay and she says oh I can’t find it can you give me your card again I did and then she says my cards not effective till tomorrow well why didn’t you tell me that the first time I gave you my insurance card I would of just rescheduled cuz there no point in having insurance if I was just gonna pay out of pocket the women that did my exam was excellent tho she did an amazing job
Terrible glasses for the second time! I will not give you a third opportunity to take my money for substandard eyeglasses. STOP DELETING NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
