My insurance was accepted AND I got to take advantage of the sale that was going on when I ordered my glasses. The eye exam was though and service was great.
Outstanding service from Raven at Sheboygan Shopko Optical . Raven serviced me with a new pair of prescription glasses. After numerous times carefully measuring, reordering a new pair, it was found the prescription was wrong ( prescription from another medical clinic). After a re- examination and a correct prescription, another pair of glasses were made that works great. Raven displayed outstanding patience and customer care to get my glasses right! Great customer service from Raven at Sheboygan Shopko! Thank you Raven!
