Friendly staff and very thorough on everything. Very pleased with everyone there My appointment didn’t go through online and they saw me anyway at the time I had scheduled.
I went in with 1 request. I wear progressive lenses & the ones I had been wearing were useless for up close. I had to take them off for reading & computer work, pretty much my entire day, & wear readers. I didn't want to pay for progressive lenses & be in the same situation. Well it happened again!! They are even worse. I've emailed them 2-3 times with no response. I didn't call because it's very difficult for me to hear on a phone. Doesn't everyone use email?? Joelean is a Rockstar! Helped me more than I can say. I appreciate her help and honesty. Also, Angeline was helpful and lovely on my very first visit. Have never been to Shopko Optical before. Great experience and selection.
Our whole family has been going to Shopko Optical in Sheboygan since we moved back to Wisconsin in 2001. We LOVE Dr. MacNab and her team...especially Wendy and Joelean! Thank you for taking care of the Miller 6 Pack!
