I've been here since 2012 and always felt well taken care of! Not once was I upset or undervalued. Aslways taken seriously and I love that they remember me everytime Also, never went anywhere else for my visits.
Staff was quite friendly when I was there with my parents to help my dad choose new frames. His appointment wasn't for a couple days, but I was there visiting. On the day of his appointment he was late getting off work and had to drive an hour to get there. They called ahead about 10 minutes before the appointment time to notify them that they were running about 5-10 minutes late. The doctor said "No they have to reschedule." The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always patient with my 3 kids and their constant adjustments and broken glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Sorenson and his amazing crew!
I could write a book on Shopko as a company, but I don't think that those generalizations are particularly helpful in assessing this store. So here goes... Price: Shopko has been consistently raising prices across the board for much of the last year and a half. It's no secret, but you would likely have noticed only if you shopped there often (practically nobody does).
