Mack and Maria were exceptional during my exam! They both got me through the exams quickly And were incredibly friendly!
My frames broke and I was hoping to get the same frames. Unfortunately that style was no longer available. Needless to say I was a bit frazzled and wasn’t planning on looking for new frames. Maria came to my aid and took such care of me. Helped me look for something that was similar and we scored! Thanks so much Maria and Shopko optical.
It's fun to get help me to get over there
Create service, friendly employees, and now everything is on a computer. So you don't have to meet in person with the doctor which is kind of a change for me. But it was convenient in the doctor was friendly and the connection that they have for the computer was good. There was no buffering or anything.\n And during the exam, the doctor wherever she was and whatever state she was could operate the optical devices from her location, which was kind of neat.
