Mary was super helpful, was pretty busy and she kept her cool and got me taken care of. Everyone is always very friendly.
Everyone at Shopko Optical in Wisconsin Rapids does a great job, and recently I worked with Pat to order a pair of glasses that would work well for an Appalachian Trail thru-hike. Pat was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful…I would recommend this location for anyone who needs eye exams or glasses. Great team, and great working with Pat!

Had horrible customer service last week. A blonde employee made me feel like I was trash. I did not like how she talked to me. No compassion. A pair of glasses shouldn't crack after having them for 3 days. I waited over a month for my glasses. I had to call every week to see if they were in. Never received a phone call saying they arrived. 3 days later I had to go back in because my frame cracked. The employee said my insurance will only cover a 2nd pair and thats it and if it cracked again theres nothing else that can be do... read more
