I specifically asked what exactly was being charged for for my glasses, besides the frames. No mention of Shopkos Eyewear protection plan being added without my consent. Got home, looked the invoice and they charged me $39.99 for something they didn't ask me if I wanted to buy it.
So I got told by one of the workers at this facility that my glasses will be done March 3 2026 I called the day of when they suppose to be there for me to come pick them up nope I’ve to wait til Friday to see if they’ll be done btw it has been almost two weeks already.
