I took my son to Shopko Optical in New Richmond today for a contact lens prescription refresh and to order more contacts, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. The doctor was fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was quick and easy. Great people, great experience, and a great doctor. Definitely a 10/10—highly recommend Shopko Optical New Richmond WI!!

Haven’t had an eye exam in 11 years and saw my insurance was in-network with Shopko Optical, so I thought I would give it a shot. They were amazing! Marisa (so sorry if I spelt your name wrong), Joni, and Julia were amazing! They were so patient with my indecisiveness regarding what frames to get and Joni was so patient with me on the pricing and lenses and more as well! Definitely would recommend them for sure and definitely would go back! 😊
