Ethan at the Waunake location took very great care to explain the process and what was to be expected during my eye examination. The experience was wonderful and I can't wait to get my glasses. Really looking forward to my new life with glasses!

Very nice people, they helped me fix my glasses when I was in a hurry and were very friendly. I'm definitely going back to that specific location when I need a new pair of glasses!!
I stopped by earlier this week to get my sunglasses fixed: the lens had fallen out. My experience this time was so different than when I first purchased my glasses over a year ago. The technician put the lens back in and returned them to me. I tried them on and noticed the bow was very loose. Why didn't she tighten them before she returned them to me? I asked her to please tighten them. While she was struggling to tighten the screw, she asked another technician if there was a smaller screwdriver. His response was, "No. That'... read more
