Douglas was very helpful and thorough
I had a great experience at Shopko Optical. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming, especially Sara who was the main person helping me. She was very kind, professional, and helpful. She helped me fill out the paperwork and made it less stressful. I highly recommend Shopko Optical.

Shout out to Bryce at Shopko in Waunakee! I received a bill today for $119 after buying 2 pairs of glasses in January and being told what I paid in store after insurance was applied was paid in full. After talking to him he explained that I was told the wrong thing when I bought them and even though I technically did owe the $119 he was going to void my invoice. Now that is customer service!!
