My elderly mother had a terrible experience at Shopko Optical in Shawano. First visit my mom waited in the store a half hour before anyone even acknowledged her. Then told her the lenses she wanted didn’t exist. Second visit to pick up her new glasses and they were the wrong prescription. On her third visit back to pick up the corrected prescription, my mom couldn’t see out of her new glasses. They told her she needed to get used to them and actually let her leave wearing them. I am so happy with the service at Shopko Optical in Shawano. The staff and Dr. Kavit were absolutely amazing! Thank you!
My wife broke her glasses frame while we were visiting from out of town. Diane was super-helpful and found a new frame that fit the lenses. It cost a bit more than I had hoped to spend, but considering that finding a suitable frame is a manual process, it was worth it for Diane's effort.
