Went to shopko optical on west Mason by Walmart and I got new glasses and at first I thought it was great but then the screws kept getting lose and the lenses were not tight in the frame. I went back to them and they replaced the screws but the lenses were still lose. They said that it was my fault for getting the wrong frames and would not do anything about it. Why didn't they say anything about it when I ordered the new glasses but they blew me off and I will never go back there

Mala experiencia, te dan hora de cita llega uno puntual y salen con que tienes que tas 30 minutos hantes , para queso mejor digan la pinche hora exacta , que mal plan uno deja citas más importantes , a hora personas serien y namas X que ellos dicen no te pasan
Looking to get pink eye? So dirty. Two days after exam I had to go to urgent care and we narrowed it down to my eye exam is where I got pink eye. Had to clean off two machines before test with tech. Only filled out my prescriptions half way. If you want all the information you have to call. They will only give you the information if you ordered glasses. Half the glasses are so dirty in the display you really have to check them. Dr. Jamie was very nice and professional.
Very easy and personable experience. They communicated everything very well. Dr. Jamie Ertl was very nice and clear about everything during the appointment. David was great in assisting me with choosing new frames.
