Recently had an eye exam. Was very wary of the eye doctor as he did not install confidence as to whether he knew what he was doing in comparison to other experiences I have had. Seems like he was just guessing. At the end of the appointment he offered to give me a pair of trial contacts but since he didn’t have them on hand he would order them. I never leave reviews. But I was so impressed with Shopko in Bloomington. The optometrist was awesome and friendly. But shoutout to Deb and Stephanie. They were both so kind and over-the-top helpful in finding the best options for me. Never had this nice of an experience getting glasses and eye exams.

These people are the best, especially after dealing with the white bear lake and vandais Heights location. Extremely friendly and treats every single person like a friend. The doctor, (Im sorry I forgot her name, hadn't been there in like a year) is the best. She's awesome and hope shopko keeps her around. I know she's been there for at least a few years now
Brought in an outside rx and the ladies there were exceptional. Deb, the Optician and Aolani, the optician in training, were both efficient and friendly. Very pleased. Excited to get the notification about my new glasses Update 5/31/25: Just picked up my order from Dallas at the Bloomington, MN Shopko Optical and was pleased to find yet another superb staff member. Also pleasantly pleased to find that this location is open on Saturdays from 9a - 3p.
