I dont really want to give a bad review because the exam and ordering my glasses went extremely well. Getting my glasses due to plumbing issue at the Portage store has been a nightmare. Communication from that point on has been terrible. No one seems to know where they are when they'll be in etc, etc. The store should have had better communication with those who were waiting on there glasses.
