Very professional and fun staff!
Great service. Very friendly and professional.
There was a mix up on their end in the scheduling thus I showed up when I was supposed to but was unable to get my appointment done that day and a reschedule needed to be done but once the appointment was able to be done the staff were all friendly and process went smoothly. Breazy did a fantastic job walking me through what was a new process for me since it was all done digitally.
From the warm greeting upon entering this fine establishment by Danni (she made it seem like I've known her for years! A true asset to this property) to the quick but detailed diagnosis by Dr. Adam's, everything was top notch and made easy. I can say with 110% confidence, this will be my go to property for all optical needs for the foreseeable future! Thanks Portage team! Im sure I'll see you all again soon.
First appointment was canceled while I was on my way to appointment after leaving work early because they double booked. Rescheduled for "the only available appointment the whole next week" so I again left work early to get there and when I got there, the receptionist told me I was scheduled the next day. NOPE! It was for today. The women working there just handed me off without any apology or anything and a very nice gentleman ended up helping me and fit me in anyways and did a very good job.
