It is a nice place
Came get my glasses fixed girls not understanding what i want now they cause my ear hurt glasses and strip mental shouldn't hurting year and no one would let me put warranty on my glasses just case boke something happen uncalled for. Very upset person rung up didnt ask me want I told them yes. My glasses need fixed right way.
Went there a few weeks ago and they were very good I ordered glasses too almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them yet
Great customer service they accommodated everything that I asked for! Highly recommended
I booked online for a Monday appointment at book just fine. When Monday came I went down to my appointment and they were closed I called a different Shopko who were incredibly rude, and asked if they knew anything and she responded that this store is closed on Mondays for the month of September due to staffing issues. It would have been nice to know that before I drove 20 minutes to get there.
