Very unorganized...upon arrival found out my eye exam was virtual which I didn't want...ened up walking out. Staff had no idea what was going on. Why would I trust them to do a virtual eye exam when I couldn't even be checked in correctly???

From the moment we walked in, the staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping. Staff could not find our appointment they scheduled. We felt like a burden asking basic questions about our appointment and insurance. The front desk communication was rude and dismissive, and there was no sense of urgency or empathy. Their behavior towards us was in an intimidating manner. Dr. Michael Bannon acted in the same manner when we asked for his help. They did not want to release our insurance to go else where.
