I was just at this location today and it was a 1st time appointment there or for any of their locations. These ladies were so helpful and accommodating. I was able to get any of my questions answered and seen twice in one day. I did the eyeglasses appointment and then when I left, I called and asked if they could do a contact appointment b/c I had changed my mind about doing it later. I had to reschedule my eye appointment and provided the office with ample notice. However, when I called back to rebook, I was informed they would not schedule another appointment for me. The customer service representatives I spoke with were extremely rude and unprofessional. With so many other eye care providers in the area, I cannot recommend this business. If it were possible, I would rate it even lower than one star!
Stopped by the Papillion location to help an individual of mine pick out new frames and lenses. They were very friendly. We worked with Mickayla who was not only fun but super helpful. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend this location.
Excellent service!!! I was able to book online, easy...the optometrist was super knowledgeable & the care I received from Sharon was outstanding!!! She helped me with my frames & really made the whole experience quite pleasant. Best eyecare I've received in a long while. Thank you Sharon!
My parents when in today to buy some glasses. It was my dad’s first glasses shopping experience, and it was fantastic! Both of them left happy and with a pair of glasses. Mikayla was our helper, and she was amazing. She went above and beyond for us, and had us giggling the whole time. The atmosphere was very professional and comfortable, while also being fun :) will definitely choose to go there next time we are in need of glasses!!
