Made an appointment for my husband for 9:00. I was just wondering why Dr Hoppe would casually come strolling in at 9:05. Maybe, Dr Hoppe should not make early morning appointments if she is unable to respect her patients time. A sorry for being a A hole and not being considerate of your time would have been nice to say to him. If your time is important I would call ahead and make sure the Dr is actually there at their facility for your eye appointment, not just on their way.
My eye doctor that I saw didn’t answer any of my questions or told me what I should be doing since I’ve never worn glasses in my whole life so if I could give this place a zero I would but I can’t just a 1star
All of the opticians are super friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my frames after my toddler got ahold of them. Love this location for all of my vision needs!
Stephanie was awesome. From insurance questions to helping me pick the frames. You don't see this level of customer service anymore! Thank you again!
Worst eye exam ever by ms. Hopee. Very uninviting, rude and rushed. Exam was done in about 5 minutes. Will never go back there again. I tried talking to her several times and she acted like l was bothering her. Dr. Korth was the best and kindest eye Dr.you ever had. I wish l could give her zero stars. Going there over many years the front desk people ever know what they are doing ever.
