The optician Kelly was very educational and helped me understand all aspects of progressives and the way glasses are measured and made. This helped me understand why my previous glasses weren’t serving me well. Her personable style.put me at ease to feel comfortable asking questions and getting clarifications. The out of pocket cost was way less than the provider I left behind.

Dr Larson was fabulous Diane was a great helpfinding glasses
Dr. Larson was fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, professional. My eyes no longer focus very well, so now I have two different contacts. Left for near and right for far. This was Dr. Larson suggestion as I have stereo blindness anyway and works perfectly. Problem solved. Thank you Dr. Larson.
The lady that was sitting down at her desk that checked me in on 11/28/25 at the Jackson st location in Oshkosh was rude and acted like helping me was the hardest thing that she had to do. She was disrespectful and the worst person I’ve had to deal with. All she had to do was sit there and do her job and if she was having a hard day, she still should have treated me kindly and not had an attitude.
