I just went this week for my first time. I am a previous Fox Lake customer, and lets just say I am no longer having to be BSed to spend $1300 on contacts. Dr. Wilson was able to find me just what I needed, and then some, without breaking my bank. They were quick, easy, and Kailey was seriously awesome putting up with my indecisiveness on a new pair of glasses. Thank you Lakemoor for making this fast, fun, and affordable for me. I will definitely be a returning patient!
Best eye appointment I've ever had!!!! Dr. Wilson and Kailey we're both wonderful. I get anxious about eye exams, especially the air puff thing. They helped me breeze through and shared positive feedback. Their technology was top notch also. This was the first time I've left an eye appointment (after almost 20 years) feeling great! My husband and I are new clients. We came from the Fox Lake office which moved to Antioch. The place is clean, organized and has more newer and updated equipment. Dr. Wilson is very accommodating, friendly and very nice to talk to. Cari and Kailey are both nice and attentive as well. Thank you and see you next year 😊
Extremely nice people, Dr Wilson and Kailey are great! I was able to get in right away for a contact appointment. They pulled all my history from the other shopko in crystal lake. Kailey was quick to get my contact order in and make sure it was set correctly with insurance. I will definitely be going there from now on.
When my eye doctor retired, it was hard to find a place to go after being with him over 30 years. Coming here I was nervous but the doctor was great and so personable. It was great to see a familiar face in Cari and have her taking care of my glass needs. They were all very welcoming and attentive.
