Since I've been going there for the past three years, my kids and I have always had a great experience. The staff and Dr Wilson go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and provide excellent customer care.
Hello I went to the Shopko Optical in Lakemoor and was greeted nicely by the whole staff . Leti and Cari took care of me quickly, then seen Dr Wilson and she showed me everything that was going on and she was nice , then Kimberly helped pick my new glasses that were the perfect fit and finally the store manager Jessica asked if there was anything she can help me with. It was a very good visit at the store
This is my second time using Shopko Optical in Lakemoor. I go there because I trust Dr. Wilson. I always feel listened to, and Cari did a great job explaining everything and getting me the best price.
