I come in quite often to fix my pair of glasses. do to having a child and not properly putting away my glasses, my daughter often gets ahold of them. Everytime I come in the shopko optical employees are always very friendly and are willing to to do the best they can to make my expirence quick and delightful 😊 thank you to all of the shopko optical employees!! Location is in albert lea mn crossed from walmart.

There is a little old lady black hair. She is just rude n snotty. I had an appointment with them the Dr. was really nice - there were two other ladies I told if I had to come back I didn’t want to deal with her this morning went in there was a lady at the desk I needed info and the snotty lady told her to tell me to google it I stood there and the old lady looked up the number and gave it to me. She is cold. Unprofessional. And I won’t go back.
Jolene was absolutely awesome. We have some really complicated insurance. She was very patient. She talked to the insurance company and everything and got everything straightened out for us. I really appreciate all her help. The doctor is very nice. I would recommend them. I give them a five star.
