I was picking out glasses. I wanted smaller black metal frames. Solid black. They didnt have that choice, everything was mixed with other colors. I was hesitant on getting glasses because they were all out of my comfort zone. First lady helping me was super snotty and rude. I wanted to just leave but didnt even have my exam yet. My experience at Shopko Optical in Albert Lea was mixed. The staff were friendly and the exam itself seemed professional, so I have no complaints about the basic service. What bothered me was the way extra charges and upgrades were introduced. Several things were presented as “better” options, but it wasn’t always clear that they were add-ons with additional costs. I come in quite often to fix my pair of glasses. do to having a child and not properly putting away my glasses, my daughter often gets ahold of them. Everytime I come in the shopko optical employees are always very friendly and are willing to to do the best they can to make my expirence quick and delightful 😊 thank you to all of the shopko optical employees!! Location is in albert lea mn crossed from walmart.
Horrible and rude service . Will never come again. Do not recommend!!!!!
