This Shopko Optical did a great job resolving my initial insurance coverage issues. Thank you very much to Dakota who works there for going above and beyond, helping correct the issues and providing excellent service! I got the upgraded glasses with transition lenses, photochomatic lenses, anti-glare and transitions bi-focals. He was also able to give me the original glasses which were basic no-frills but nice to have as a spare. Dakota should be the manager there (maybe he already is?!). He was awesome! Thank you!
Fast, friendly and organized!
Just received a bill for $4.50 for sales tax that was denied by the insurance. Shopko billed the insurance for the max amount then tried to get them to pay the sales tax too. When talking to the store they blamed it on their computer. We just wanted an explanation why this. If billed at the time of sale, we would have been fine paying it. The store employee finally said she wasn’t going to argue with us and hung up. Have to say Very unprofessional!
