When I went to pick up my glasses, the lady was so disrespectful. I would never go back to this place.. Stay away from the lady with the blue hair and shaved side head with glasses..never been treated how she treated me and with the other lady in there right now the eye doctor she wasn’t very nice either.. Definitely will be going somewhere else..

2-17-25: I am still SO happy with my glasses from Shopko Optical! I am back with my new prescription for more! Affordable and high quality. I'm getting the same features in my four new sets: sunglasses for driving, a multi-purpose on-line bifocal, an office lens room set for computer work (I'm a secretary), and I'm trying a set of lines bifocals for combination reading/TV use. My first time at Shopko Optical was a pleasant experience. Even though it was a busy time, staff was polite and welcoming. Dr. Voyna was very caring, patient, and knowledgeable. She was clear with her instructions and communicated throughout the exam. I enjoyed my experience with Dr. V and will be returning for future care. Highly recommend!!
