I have been going to this specific Shopko optical (Store 4056) for over 30 years. Cindy has always been there and has always made me feel like I was the only one in the store needing assistance. She always has a smile on her face and doesn’t seem to have a bad day. I recommend this optical center to everyone I know. Thank you for great customer service!

I’m actually really tired of the staff at this location especially the guy that works there. I called asking if my son was eligible for a new frame since his was broken. He looked it up and said he needed a new eye exam and the insurance wouldn’t cover a new frame on top of getting another pair with an eye exam. That’s not what I asked though-it was an unnecessary comment. I don’t care about the cost he just needs a new frame asap. It wasn’t that he said it, it was the WAY he said it, very snarky. I had my eye exam and I bought new glasses from the Shopko in the oakview Mall in Omaha, Nebraska. What a fantastic staff! From the first person I met all the way through to the last person. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to meet.
