I purchased a pair of glasses a year and a half ago. They broke and I had them replaced under the replacement plan. My replacement pair fell apart. Didn’t break. The arms fell off the frame. I took them in for replacement again and Chase told me he couldn’t do that. As he yawned he told me that I could set up a new eye exam. I asked to just replace the frames and he said I could purchase them at full price. I left in a pretty unsatisfied mood and won’t be coming back. Frames should last longer than 6 months.

You guys have treated me with respect and kindness an care for my well being an this is the best place I would recommend to my friends. I did forget to ask the Dr about eye drops and if it's possible to get sunglasses I can't stand the sun in my eyes cause it gets very bright to the point I can't see an hurts my eyes to wear I have to look down
Great experience with Dr. Payne and Chase. Doctor Payne talked me through several concerns I had over medication I’m taking (that I’ve been told could affect my eyes at some point), family history of eye issues and even helped me walk out with some contact lens samples. Chase helped talk me through my contact purchases and my frame options with my insurance. Checkout was quick and easy. This is my second year coming here for my prescription and I’ll be back in the future!
This is the first time I went to Shopko to get my prescription glasses. From my first visit I got the sense of a family type atmosphere everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful and attentive to all customers that were there. I was especially impressed with Cynthia. The employee who initially was assisting me was having problems adjusting my glasses and Cynthia was right there to help her out and guide her through the process and help her to attain the results needed.
