I’m actually really tired of the staff at this location especially the guy that works there. I called asking if my son was eligible for a new frame since his was broken. He looked it up and said he needed a new eye exam and the insurance wouldn’t cover a new frame on top of getting another pair with an eye exam. I had my eye exam and I bought new glasses from the Shopko in the oakview Mall in Omaha, Nebraska. What a fantastic staff! From the first person I met all the way through to the last person. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to meet.
I had an excellent experience at the store on 143rd. Cindy (I'm sorry I know I'm spelling her name incorrectly ) was welcoming, courteous and a great help. She told me of a special and I ended up spending less than for one pair at my previous provider. She is the store manager. Overall wonderful experience. My husband and I will be switching to the doctors there also.
