This was hard. Everyone was kind & helpful. The store was clean including the bathroom. I'm especially grateful for that! My only issue is the laps on sanitizing practice. I can't tell if the equipment I'm putting my face into has been sanitized! That is a major concern. I don't want my face placed over someone else's germs, skin flakes or whatever. I did ask the lady if the equipment had been sanitized already. She said yes. I could have been once the previous person left but frankly, how would I know? I keep my own sanitiz... read more

It was a great experience, from the eye exam to picking out my glasses, would recommend to a friend or family member
The doctor that examined me was super soft-spoken and gave me really good advice on how to keep my vision healthy. I genuinely felt cared for. Staff was helpful and clarified any insurance coverage questions. Frame selection was decent for higher prices but lacked a bit on the cheaper end, especially on men's aisle. (I do hope they can offer more cheaper men's frames too). *Will receive the new glasses in next couple of weeks, so will update review accordingly.*
