Horrible experience for my wife. My wife went in, got there on time for her appointment, but the older woman took 20 minutes arguing with my wife that she couldn't find my info, then said because my vision insurance gets a discount at Walmart because my job has a contract with them, that we can only go to Walmart and not anywhere else, then they needed not just the last 4 digits of my social security, but my entire social to actually find my info. This was hard. Everyone was kind & helpful. The store was clean including the bathroom. I'm especially grateful for that! My only issue is the laps on sanitizing practice. I can't tell if the equipment I'm putting my face into has been sanitized! That is a major concern. I don't want my face placed over someone else's germs, skin flakes or whatever. I did ask the lady if the equipment had been sanitized already. She said yes. I could have been once the previous person left but frankly, how would I know? I keep my own sanitiz... read more
