The Pharmacist here talks down to people, not very respectful to customers. He argues and raised his voice to me when I told him his technician didn't seem to have any idea what she was doing. He has an attitude of arrogance that I can do without. I cancelled my account there and will no longer do business with him. The store is overly particular about returns, I was given the impression that they don't like that. Hardly ever shop there, not much there that is new or interesting. Wish we had a TJ Maxx!
Breana was amazing, so helpful and full of understanding and grace while we were working through insurance issues.
Shopko Pharmacy in Neenah, Wisconsin, is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. Their pharmacists are the most knowledgeable, polite, considerate, and efficient professionals. They even research new and current drugs, drug conflicts and help a person understand the drug action. The pharmacy techs go out of their way to help a person with a medication, refills and insurance. 50 stars, 50 thumbs up!
