The first woman that got me ready for the doctor was very nice, funny and i just loved her. The second woman that worked with me helped me pick out glasses. We went through several pairs. She was very patient. I think they'll be a perfect match.
I was accompanying my daughter and the woman was very rushed and didn't explain what was going to happen or what to expect. Very brusque. The woman that helped me was just the opposite. I think the experience depends on who helps you
