This was my first time using the telehealth option at Shopko. Bridget was fantastic; she explained everything as she completed her portion of the exam. My telehealth doctors did a wonderful job on the virtual exam. They were patient and very knowledgeable. Matthew completied my visit my ordering my contacts and giving me the appropriate rebate. Fantastic service at Marshfiels shopko! Telehealth is a great option!
Update: my original experience was less than pleasant, however they have since reached out and plan to correct the error. For that I am appreciative. Beyond disappointing experience. Zero stars would be more fitting. I will never recommend this branch of shopko to any family, friend or stranger. And I will be canceling my whole family’s future appointments and recommending anyone else I know to do the same. Walked in and received a smile from Amber who was tending to someone on the phone. As she completed her call, she quickly responded to my need for a new nose cushion which had fallen off my glasses. I appreciate your customer service!
