Receptionist was very rude and talked in a condescending tone. I felt rushed the whole time trying to book an appointment for my nephew, unfortunately could not get a name from her other than them sounding like an older lady. I called the store in Manitowoc to confirm that I could obtain a pair of glasses using my medical benefit for after cataract surgery glasses. I was told by my eye surgeon that I needed to get new glasses as my prescription changed, I told him that I already used my one pair for 2025 on my VSP insurance and would have to wait until January. He told me that the Medicare Advantage Plan covers a pair of glasses after cataract surgery with basic frame and lenses. I got an eye exam, ordered new glasses, and when they came I couldn’t read with them as good as my old glasses. I told the person that it was blurry when I tried to read the newspaper or on my phone, and her response was that they were made correctly, so maybe the problem was with me. I reminded her I had 2 pair of my old glasses, and can read better with those than can with the new ones, so if I had know. I Appreciate the Fact They Managed to Set Appointments for My 2 Girls and I in Succession! The Dr. was Excellent w/ My Ladies, being Patient w/ My Youngest, and Her First Time <3 I CANNOT Say Enouhh about Theresa!! From Walking Me thru My Daughters' Results and what Wad Best for Them; Helping My Oldest Find the PERFECT Pair :) She then Helped Me find the Perfect pair Immediately! Even giving Me a Few to Compare, but She was ON POINT!! Can't Wait to Rock My Beautiful, New Glasses, All Thanks to this Woman!
