The doctor was friendly enough. So was the lady who greeted me. However I had absolutely no help with picking out my glasses. One person had exceptional help, not me. It was like I didn’t exist. When I asked for help she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Just wanted my copayment so she could scoot me out the door. My family has gone through Shopko Optical for years, since they used to be located in the old Shopko store. We get our yearly eye exams done and pick glasses/order contacts through them. Helpful and friendly staff.
They call me every year for eye exam, but they won't call me to pick up my safety glasses or for my side shields. Sometimes people come in after me, gets help first.
