Lady at front desk was rude the second she started talking after I called and verified everything with her. Then when we get going and find a new frame she went and changed the lenses in new frame she broke off the nose piece and said here use these until the new frame comes in in a couple days. I told her no and put lens back in old frames until new one comes in. She did and said maybe a couple days they will be in and that the will call me (with attitude) then I left
