Do not recommend. Poor customer service, unprofessional experience, and multiple mistakes made on my orders and prescription.

Had a very unprofessional experience at Shopko eye center. Woman over the phone was very unaware of her information and came over rude and unprofessional. She made the call seem like a chore and ended it sourly. I do not recommend if you’re your looking for a friendly, helpful eye center.

Great place to get glasses for the whole family. Super nice and friendly. They go out of their way to figure out your insurance and get the best deal.

I like my current glasses, but I needed the lenses replaced. I brought my glasses into the optical center and the lady made it seem like it was such a huge inconvenience. In the end she told me that my frames were too “low quality” and refused to work on them! My experience here was overall unhelpful, I went to a different optic center and got what I needed with no issues.

I'm not even a customer and they still hooked it up. I brought my glasses in to have a nose pad replaced and she replaced both and even tightened my frames. Good looking out, Shopko Logan Optical Center!
