I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I’m making an exception in hopes that someone in leadership sees this. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this company over the years—prescription lenses, frames, multiple orders. I’ve brought in online-purchased frames before (twice, actually), and they had no issue installing the lenses I bought from them. Simple, no drama. Until today. I have been getting glasses here for 30 years. Dr. Haderlie has always taken great care of me. Erica has been very helpful. I plan to keep coming here for future exams and glasses.
