Small town, mom and pop feel. No big box store here. Absolutely would recommend this place, the doctor is so great! The staff is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. They don't pressure you into buying anything and they don't rush you out the door. You can take as much or as little time as you need. They do full eye exams and retinal imaging. They take ALOT of insurance options, more than Costco. Jameson and Dr. Flammini are absolutely wonderful. I hope that they find great new jobs now that Shopko is closing. I would follow them to another optical shop!
I seriously loved working with Jameyson! I went in never going to shopko for glasses before, always gone to a professional optical center. However, a friend recommended that I go there given how his experience was. Well I was not disappointed! Jameyson was very approachable, personable, and honest. I was already irritated when I made a phone call to Jameson ( unsure of spelling sorry Jameson) for some quick info. If you've ever dealt with clinics around here they are often incompetent and unfamiliar with their own products and policies. (I was only asking the other shops for appointment availability, and if they carried my contact brand.) I was meant to write this review a while ago. Shopko Optical has made my life so much better. My shopko glasses fits perfectly. I had been wearing my glasses many months now. My glasses are still perfect. I don't suffer from headaches anymore. I don't get dizzy wearing my new glasses. The best part, I am no longer balding on the sides of my head. My hair is growing back.
