All staff are pleasant, professional, friendly. Dr. Kriege is exceptional....answers my questions, explains procedures, looks ahead to possibilities so that I can be aware of possible changes. I have no issues with staff. However I want red glasses....there were none. I don't want maroon, or pink.....classic red. I have had to go to other vendors to get red!
The staff is always very friendly. Dr. Kriege is very personable.
I experienced an eye emergency and needed to be examined very quickly and Shopko Optical was not only able to accommodate but Dr. K. was kind, informative and supporting. Everything you would want in a doctor during a very painful and stressful experience. The staff was also very caring and helpful. And to top off an already amazing experience, the cost was reasonable. I noticed during the few times I had to go in that they were consistently busy but that must be a testament to how great this place really is!
