On my lunch hour stopped by Panera while waiting ran into Shopko Optical my glasses were messed up, everyone greeted me when I walked in and Eric took care of me. I came bk and he straightened them, adjusted them to make them not fall off. Cleaned them up sparkely. Greeted me with a smile n genuinely took care of me and knew wht I needed without asking. Thank you Eric for the excellent customer service.

Barb handled what happened in my situation with professionalism and understanding and appropriately handled the misunderstanding on whom took the order for my daughters glasses. She didn't ask me to repeat the scenario or have me speak to multiple people and was absolutely clear in her communication where no miscommunication happened. She knew I only understood I bought two pairs of glasses one with transitions and one without now so my daughter can not gain headaches from the sun and to be able to wear her glasses full-time... read more
