All three techs I dealt with were great! Patient and kind. The doctor, (dr T) forgot his whole name, was very good. Great explanations.
I have seen Dr Kiege off and on over several several years. He is very caring with his patients. I bought 3 pair of glasses. Spent over $1400. One pair had the wrong script lens. Had to return. For another lens. Came back with right script and wrong size frame. It was so obvious they were too large. I was told we can fix it. I sat there watching a couple of staff, work on the frames. On my lunch hour stopped by Panera while waiting ran into Shopko Optical my glasses were messed up, everyone greeted me when I walked in and Eric took care of me. I came bk and he straightened them, adjusted them to make them not fall off. Cleaned them up sparkely. Greeted me with a smile n genuinely took care of me and knew wht I needed without asking. Thank you Eric for the excellent customer service.
